Entry Requirements
Participants must:
- Hold a current Queensland Security Provider (Class 1) licence (with Crowd Controller/Bodyguard)
- Be required to refresh or maintain operational competency for licensing purposes
- Possess sufficient English, literacy, and numeracy skills for safety and communication
- Be physically capable of performing practical crowd control exercises
Units of Competency
This refresher course covers the following nationally recognised units:
- CPPSEC3101 – Manage conflict and security risks through negotiation
- CPPSEC3121 – Control persons using empty hand techniques
These units ensure participants remain competent, compliant, and confident in operational environments.
