Chad Waller
Founder & Managing Director
Chad brings over 25 years of operational experience across military defence and private security to every DSA engagement. Since 2009 he has served with the Royal Australian Army Reserves Infantry Battalions, with training spanning small arms, Close Quarters Battle (CQB), Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), weapons and tactics, Rules of Engagement, and the Laws of Armed Conflict.
His private security career has covered virtually every operational environment — hospitality, healthcare, retail, events, mining, armed security, cash-in-transit, and Close Personal Protection (CPP) — training and qualifying both civilian and military personnel.
Chad holds studies in Law and Justice, Security and Risk Management, Criminal and Forensic Psychology, and Global Security, Terrorism and Counter-Terrorism. Current focus: HUMINT, Emotional Intelligence, and human behaviour.

Damon Kelly

Damon is a serving member of the Royal Australian Navy, currently operating as a Seamanship and Small Arms Specialist. His naval weapons training spans pistols, shotguns, light machine guns, and night-vision optics — with proficiency across the EF88 Austeyr, F89 Minimi, MAG 58, and 9mm pistol platforms.
Prior to joining the Navy, Damon built a strong civilian security career across Bundaberg — covering crowd control, armed cash-in-transit, courthouse security, and racecourse events. He holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is an Asset College-approved and endorsed firearms instructor.
Daniel Quinn
Senior Trainer & Firearms Instructor
📍 Northern QLD — Rockhampton · Townsville · Mackay
Daniel brings extensive operational experience across security operations, workplace health and safety, training and assessment, and private investigations. Based in Central Queensland, he has worked across armed cash-in-transit, shopping centre security, nightclub crowd control, and events throughout Rockhampton, Gladstone, and surrounding regions.
His qualifications include Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Certificate III in Investigative Services, and Certificate III in Security Operations. Daniel is a licensed Private Investigator, Crowd Controller, and Armed Security Officer (QLD — Class E and H firearms) and is an Asset College-approved and endorsed firearms instructor.
