Defensive Solutions Australia is a training and development, security and risk management provider. We help organisations, security teams and individuals build the skills, systems and confidence to operate safely.

FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Chad brings more than 25 years of experience across military and private security. He has served with the Royal Australian Army Reserves (Infantry) since 2009, with training in close quarter battle, tactical combat casualty care and small arms.
His studies span law, justice, security and risk management, criminal psychology, forensic science, emotional and human intelligence, and he leads DSA’s training, consulting and investigations work.

Damon is a Royal Australian Navy small arms specialist with Cash-in-Transit and armed security experience. He runs the Shinobi Concepts Instagram page and is known for equipment guidance, from belts and plate carriers to mission-essential gear, and for explaining the “why” behind every drill and equipment choice.
SENIOR TRAINER & FIREARMS INSTRUCTOR
Daniel is a licensed Private Investigator with qualifications in work health and safety, training and security operations. He leads delivery across Northern Queensland, including Rockhampton, Mackay and Townsville.
CREATIVE DESIGN, ADMIN & SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Lauren is the first point of contact for many of our clients. She has extensive experience creating a streamlined link between client enquiries and our support team, and leads client engagement. Lauren also supports our IT, creative design and advertising.
