Entry Requirements

Participants must:

Possess sufficient English language, literacy, and numeracy skills
Be physically able to participate in firearms handling and range activities

Licensing Requirements

Completion of CPPSEC3114 meets the training requirements for armed security licensing under the QLD Police Weapons Licensing Division and equivalent legislation across Australia.
Participants receive a Statement of Attainment, which can be submitted to QLD Weapons Licensing state authority when applying for annual renewal for Security Licence GUARD Employee Licence. This also forms the annual requirement for QLD Security Providers to continue to perform Cash in Transit operations.
