Entry Requirements
Participants must:
- Be at least the minimum age required by Queensland licensing authorities
- Hold a current security licence (or be eligible to obtain one)
- Possess sufficient English language, literacy, and numeracy skills
- Be physically capable of undertaking practical security exercises

Electives may be tailored to meet student, licensing, or operational requirements. A custom unit packaging fee applies: $500 for full study or $250 for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
NOTE: All RPL and specialised course packages will be referred on to Asset College for enrolment.

This qualification also provides the foundation for licensing as a Security Officer and Crowd Controller in Queensland.

Payment Options:
- Pay-as-you-go: 4 instalments
- Split payment: 50% upfront, 50% on completion
Additional Fees:
- Extension fees: One month – $150 (full qualification), $50 (single unit); Six months – $300 (full qualification), $150 (single unit)
- Assessment re-submission: $50 per assessment after two failed attempts
- Re-enrolment: 25% of course fee (within 3 months), 50% (within 4–12 months)

Licensing Requirements
Successful completion provides a Certificate in CPP31318 Certificate III in Security Operations.
This meets the licensing and regulatory requirements for Security Officer and Crowd Controller roles under Queensland law.
